Information about employee contracts and compensation, purchase orders, customer orders or project costs, for example, is used to determine the KPIs. This data is determined directly in the system, is evaluated, and then presented in the dashboard.
The KPIs are divided up into different areas that may be of interest for each company: Quality of work (internal as well as external), knowledge retention and structure, regionality (or also regional business), social engagement, and climate footprint. There are also company-specific areas such as animal welfare or seed sovereignty.
